Of the remaining cases, 32 are in Cork; 22 in Donegal; 21 in Galway; 15 in Meath; 11 in Kildare; nine in Kerry; eight in Louth; eight in Westmeath; six in Limerick; six in Mayo; six in Tipperary and five in Wexford. The rest 25 cases spreads across the eight counties.

HSE said it is working to recognise all contacts that might need to provide patients with information and guidance to avoid further spread.

Acting CMO Dr. Ronan Glynn specifically asked people in Donegal and Dublin to follow the public health advice. He urged the public to limit the size of the social network, reduce social contacts in the coming days and weeks, and take personal responsibility.
