Revoult introduces new Digital Application; Irish customers can now do instant Euro-area transactions

Dublin: With the new instant payment technology, Revoult ‘s Irish customers can send money to banks and financial institutions across Europe in seconds.

This system will also be of great benefit to Irish businessmen who want to send money immediately to banks and so on. The digital banking application will also enable immediate payment across the Euro area.

Until now, businesses in Ireland could only send money to banks in other parts of the European Union from a traditional bank account.

In normal case this transfer usually took one day or two and this transfer facility were not available on weekends and bank holidays. So, businesses relied heavily on the money transfer service.

There were fixed fees for the money transfer services, but now all these complications are rectified through the new application.

According to the 2016 census, Ireland currently has between 250,000 and 300,000 EU citizens (excluding UK citizens). The app will also benefit those thousands of EU citizens who want to send money to banks in their home countries.

SEPA instant transfers can be made 365 days a year to the to 2,200 European payment service providers who have signed up for the scheme. The transfer can be done at any time irrespective of day and night.

Irish Revoult customers will also be able to send money to non-revolt recipients in Europe via the new CEPA digital banking app.

Revoult, the only mainstream financial services provider offering this service, has over one million customers in Ireland. This facility is provided by Barclays Bank and PFS Card Services.
